The ICE HOCKEY DEVELOPMENT CAMP (IHDC) offers an original and highly sophisticated method with guaranteed progress. Our young players will have the opportunity to work with our experienced coaches for a full week. The development sessions offered in the morning will be complemented by games, allowing players to apply the various techniques they have learned throughout the camp. “Off-ice” activities will complement the week’s agenda.

The camp week is for field players and goalies (boys and girls) in the U11 to U20 categories.

THE IHDC PROGRAM INCLUDES:

• 7 days on ice and 6 nights
• 2 x 75 minutes on the ice from Monday to Friday
• 1 x 75 minutes on Sunday
• 1 x match on Saturday
• specific off-ice 1 x per day
• extra-sporting activity once a day
• video corrections
• Hotel with rooms for 4-6 young people per room, with bowling, fitness (for U17-U20), triple gym hall, badminton, tennis, football, games room, etc.
• new ice rink with all the necessary modern facilities, video room, off-ice area, dojo, etc.
• professional coaches on the ice (head coach, skills coach, and assistant)
• JS video coach
• former players
• JS instructors for off-ice coaching
• a fitness trainer
• physiotherapist
• a coaching staff with several years of experience in hockey camps
• great souvenirs

• measurable progress on the ice by the end of the week
• swimming pool with slide

WEEKLY ICE PROGRAM:

• handling, control, and protection of the puck
• skating technique
• power skating
• individual tricks and tactics
• throws and passes
• specific exercises for defenders
• specific exercises for forwards
• shots
• game Situations Drills (game situation exercises)

CHF 980.- all-inclusive price (camp, accommodation, meals, goodies)

Payment deadline: 350 CHF upon registration and the remaining balance by April 1 at the latest.

CHF 350 – Individual coaching session with Dany Gelinas:

• On-ice information feedback
• Video on the ice
• Analysis of the player’s strengths and areas for improvement
• Implementation of personalized off-ice training tailored to players’ needs in order to address specific weaknesses
• Individual corrections based on video
• Individual discussions to answer players’ questions or address any doubts
